Lifescan and Informance to Share Manufacturing Performance Insight with Pharmaceutical Leaders

Hector Rodriguez, MBB Engineering Manager at Lifescan Products, and John Oskin, Executive Vice President of Informance, will use a case study approach to explain why OEE is only a starting point to measure manufacturing performance. They will also cover the results of a recent manufacturing benchmark study, and will explain how benchmarking can aid the performance improvement effort.
